HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and provide your tracking number.

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

Michael Alexander issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by Michael Alexander

  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Michael Alexander will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

In accordance with our refund policy, you have up to 15 days to submit a request for a refund and return your Knife Talk Base Hoodie Edition only.
